Set up mail on iOS and Android

5-minute setup on any modern phone. ActiveSync push included — new mail lands in seconds, not on a polling interval.

QR-code setup (fastest)

1. Portal → Email → Mailbox row → Mobile QR.
2. Open your phone camera, point it at the QR.
3. Tap the prompt. The phone’s default mail app is configured automatically.

Manual iOS

1. Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Microsoft Exchange.
2. Email: [email protected], password: your mailbox password.
3. Server: mail.amzhost.pk. Domain: leave blank. Username: your full email address.

Manual Android

Open Gmail or Samsung Mail → Add account → Exchange and Office 365. Use the same fields as iOS above.

Exchange/ActiveSync delivers push by default. For GDPR-compliant push on mobile carriers in the EU, our mailservers in Frankfurt handle push without touching US notification services.
