Create catch-all and forwarders

Forwarders redirect incoming mail to another address. Catch-all captures anything not explicitly defined.

Forwarder (one-to-one)

  1. Portal → Email → Forwarders → Create.
  2. Source: [email protected]. Destination: [email protected].
  3. Save. Live immediately.

Catch-all

  1. Portal → Email → Default Address.
  2. Set to: forward to another address, OR discard, OR store in a specific mailbox.
  3. Tip: set to a dedicated mailbox like [email protected] — useful for spotting typos in your public email.

Caveat

Forwarders can hurt deliverability — the forwarded mail appears to originate from AmzHost but looks like the original sender to your inbox. Enable SRS rewriting (per-forwarder toggle) to fix. On by default for new forwarders since 2026.
