1. Portal → Email → Create mailbox.
2. Pick the domain, set the username and password.
3. Save — the mailbox is live instantly and receives email within 5 minutes (subject to DNS).

Deliverability checklist

• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are auto-created when you activate the mailbox. Verify at Domains → DNS.
• BIMI is set up automatically if you upload a square PNG logo in Email → Branding.
• Warm up new domains slowly — send to friendly recipients first before bulk campaigns.
