Single invoice
- Portal → Billing → Invoices.
- Click the invoice row → Download PDF.
Bulk download
Same page → filter by date range → Export ZIP. You get all invoices in the range as individual PDFs inside a ZIP.
VAT and business details
Invoice shows the company name and tax ID set at Account → Profile. Update those fields before the invoice is generated — we cannot retroactively edit issued invoices per accounting regulations.
Auto-email
Every new invoice is emailed automatically to the billing contact set at Account → Billing Contacts. Add your accountant there so they get a copy.
