Full account restore
- Portal → Hosting → Backups.
- Pick a restore point (we keep one per day for 30 days).
- Click Restore full account.
- Confirm. The restore runs in the background and takes 5–20 minutes depending on size.
Restore a single file or database
Same page, click Granular restore. Navigate the backup tree, pick specific files or a single database dump, and restore without overwriting the rest.
Download a backup
Click Download next to any restore point — you get a signed tarball URL valid for 4 hours.
